LAVE is an on-demand laundry service app concept that maps the full customer journey from scheduling a pickup to tracking an order, built around a clean, single-accent interface designed to feel fast and low-effort.

Problem

On-demand laundry services often bury the two things a customer actually cares about — when will my clothes be picked up, and where are they right now — behind generic booking forms and no live status, leaving people unsure whether an order even went through.

Solution

The full journey was mapped as a step-based flow before any screen was designed, so scheduling a pickup, choosing services, and tracking an order all follow one predictable, low-friction sequence rather than feeling like separate features bolted together.

Design decisions

• A single green accent color used consistently across every screen for quick brand recognition
• The full journey documented as an end-to-end flow diagram first, keeping every screen tied to a clear step
• Order status treated as a first-class, always-accessible screen rather than a buried notification

Outcome

A fully mapped, screen-by-screen mobile flow — from first open to delivery — for an on-demand laundry service.
